PVC 糊树脂体系降粘，降低糊粘度、改善流平性；适用于 PVC 涂层、人造革、墙纸涂布及浸塑、搪塑、旋转成型工艺；建议添加量为糊总量的 5%–20% Viscosity reduction in PVC paste resin systems, lowering paste viscosity and improving leveling; suitable for PVC coatings, synthetic leather, wallpaper coating, dip molding, slush molding and rotational molding; recommended dosage 5%–20% of total paste weight

起订量（MOQ）是多少？ What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
常规品种 25 kg 起订（或 1 件最小包装）；大宗品种可按吨、IBC 吨桶或槽车供货。低于起订量的需求可以先索取样品试用。 For regular grades the MOQ is 25 kg (or one smallest sales unit); bulk grades can be supplied by the tonne, IBC or ISO tank. For smaller needs, request a sample first.
提供免费样品吗？ Do you provide free samples?
提供 500 g–1 kg 免费样品（运费到付），随样附 TDS 与典型指标；正式供货后每批次提供实测 COA。 Yes — 500 g to 1 kg samples are free of charge (freight collect), supplied with the TDS and typical data; every commercial batch ships with a tested COA.
交货期多久？ What is the lead time?
常备型号确认订单后 72 小时内从华东仓发运；定牌与进口品种一般 2–4 周。发货前先提供该批次 COA 供确认。 Regular stocked models ship within 72 hours from our East China warehouse; sourced and imported grades usually take 2–4 weeks. The batch COA is provided for confirmation before dispatch.
随货提供哪些文件？ What documents come with the goods?
常规随货提供 COA 与 MSDS；TDS 可在本产品页直接下载。出口订单按需提供形式发票、装箱单、原产地证等外贸单证。 Each shipment includes a COA and MSDS; the TDS can be downloaded from this page. For export orders we provide the proforma invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other trade documents as required.
有哪些包装形式？ What packaging options are available?
以本页"包装规格"为准；可按需提供 25 kg 袋/桶、200 kg 铁桶、IBC 吨桶与槽车散水，出口包装可按目的国要求定制。 See the Packaging section on this page. On request we supply 25 kg bags/drums, 200 kg steel drums, IBC totes and ISO-tank/bulk delivery; export packaging can be tailored to destination requirements.
付款方式怎么安排？ What are your payment terms?
国内订单对公转账、款到发货，长期合作客户可协商账期；出口订单一般 T/T（30% 定金、发货前付清）或即期信用证。 Domestic orders: bank transfer to our corporate account, payment before dispatch (open terms negotiable for long-term customers). Export orders: usually T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) or sight L/C.
储存条件与保质期？ How should the product be stored, and what is the shelf life?
阴凉、干燥、通风存放，避免阳光直晒与雨淋。固体蜡/粉剂一般 24 个月，液体品种一般 12 个月，以 TDS 与批次 COA 标注为准。 Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight and rain. Solid waxes/powders typically 24 months, liquid grades typically 12 months — subject to the TDS and batch COA.
指标可以按我们的应用调整吗？ Can the specifications be adjusted for our application?
自主生产与分装品种（如无氟防水剂 1324、蜡乳液系列）可按应用微调软化点、粒径、固含量等指标；进口原装品种按标准牌号供货，可帮您在同类牌号间选型。 Grades we produce or blend in-house (e.g. PFC-free water repellent 1324, wax emulsions) can be fine-tuned — softening point, particle size, solids content and more; imported grades are supplied to standard specifications, and we help you choose between equivalent grades.
COA 和 TDS 有什么区别？ What is the difference between a COA and a TDS?
TDS 载明典型值，供选型参考；COA 是本批次的实测结果，是验收依据。本页指标即典型值，实际交货以每批次 COA 为准。 A TDS lists typical values for grade selection; a COA reports the actual test results of your specific batch and is the acceptance reference. Values on this page are typical — the batch COA governs.
收到货发现有质量问题怎么办？ What if we find a quality issue after delivery?
请在收货后 7 日内书面提出并保留原包装与留样，双方按封存样复检确认；确属我方责任的，按退换货或协商赔偿处理。 Notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt and retain the original packaging and retention samples; both parties re-test the sealed sample. Confirmed supplier-side issues are settled by replacement, return or negotiated compensation.
你们供应的溶剂属于危险化学品吗？ Are the solvents you supply classified as dangerous goods?
我司自营溶剂品种闭口闪点均高于 60 ℃，不属于危险化学品，按普通货物运输；操作时仍请远离明火并遵循 MSDS。 All self-operated solvent grades have a closed-cup flash point above 60 °C and are not classified as hazardous chemicals; they ship as general cargo. Keep away from open flames and follow the MSDS in handling.
脱芳烃溶剂、异构烷烃和芳烃溶剂怎么选？ Dearomatized solvents, isoparaffins or aromatic solvents — how to choose?
对气味与芳烃含量敏感的场合（家居、个人护理、电子清洗）选脱芳 D 系列或异构烷烃 IP 系列；追求溶解力与成本的工业清洗、树脂稀释可选芳烃溶剂油。可先索取对比样品试验。 For odor- and aromatics-sensitive applications (household, personal care, electronics cleaning) choose the dearomatized D-series or isoparaffin IP-series; for dissolving power and cost in industrial cleaning or resin thinning, aromatic solvents are the economical choice. Ask us for comparison samples first.
